Afranga does not charge investors for everyday account activity. You are not charged for:
- Creating and maintaining your account
- Depositing funds, or withdrawing available funds from your wallet to your bank
- Making investments or receiving repayments
The one investor fee: SaveSmart early withdrawal
If you request an early withdrawal from a SaveSmart investment before the term ends, a 1% fee applies to the principal you withdraw. It applies to every early withdrawal and there is no free allowance. See “Can I withdraw my money before maturity?”.
How does Afranga earn revenue?
Afranga generates income primarily by charging service fees to Borrowers, not investors. This allows us to provide a transparent, user-friendly investing experience without hidden costs.
Note: if you deposit funds in a currency other than EUR, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are outside Afranga’s control.
If you have further questions about fees or transactions, contact our support team at support@afranga.com.
