Here's how it works:
- Personal details: You first complete a short pre-verification form (personal, tax, and financial details) in your Afranga profile.
- Document check: Scan or photograph a valid government-issued ID — your identity card or passport.
- Liveness selfie: Using your phone or webcam, take a short live selfie so we can confirm the document belongs to you.
- Automatic processing: Your submission is reviewed securely. For individuals this usually takes just a few minutes; occasionally we may ask for clearer photos or additional information.
- Account activation: Once your identity is confirmed, your Afranga account is verified and ready to use.
Your data is protected: All information submitted during verification is encrypted and processed in compliance with strict data-protection and regulatory standards.
