For Private Individuals:
To be eligible, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be a citizen of an EEA (European Economic Area) country, Switzerland or

Hold a valid residence permit in an EEA country or Swtizerland
Note: Investors outside the EEA are currently not eligible to register unless they meet the above residency requirements.
For Companies:
Registered legal entities can also invest on Afranga, provided:

The company is legally registered and operating in an EEA country or Switzerland

All beneficial owners and representatives meet Afranga’s due diligence and verification criteria

Compliance & Verification
All investors — both individuals and companies — must complete identity verification and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations during account setup.
