1. Sophisticated Investors
These investors have significant experience, financial knowledge, or a high investment capacity. They do not require additional protections.
2. Non-Sophisticated Investors
These investors benefit from:
- Additional risk disclosures to help understand potential investment risks
- A 4-day reflection period, allowing them to cancel an investment within 3 calendar days or before the loan offer closes (whichever comes first) — no explanation required
